Rules & Regulations – Vedansh Initiative Group

1. General Conduct

• All students must maintain discipline, professionalism, and respect towards mentors, staff, and fellow students.

• Misbehavior, harassment, ragging, or any inappropriate conduct will result in strict disciplinary action, including suspension or termination.

• Students must not engage in any illegal or unethical activities during their association with the organization.

2. Attendance & Participation

• Students must mark attendance immediately after joining each session.

• Failure to mark attendance will result in being marked absent.

• Students are required to attend classes as per the timetable shared via official communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp/email).

• Regular participation in classes and activities is mandatory.

3. Communication & Updates

• Students must provide accurate personal details at the time of admission.

• Any changes in contact number, address, or email must be informed immediately via official email: support@vedinit.com

• Students are responsible for staying updated with all announcements.

4. Documents & Verification

• Students must submit valid ID proof and address details within 30 days of admission.

• Providing false or misleading information may lead to termination.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is mandatory at all times.

• Sharing personal details with unknown individuals is discouraged for safety reasons.

• Any damage to organizational property will be recoverable from the responsible student(s).

6. Anti-Ragging & Harassment Policy

• Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.

• Sexual harassment, inappropriate remarks, or misconduct will result in strict legal and disciplinary action as per Indian law.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• All study materials, videos, and content belong to Vedansh Initiative Group.

• Strictly prohibited:

  • Recording classes

  • Sharing videos/content outside the platform

  • Creating reels/screenshots for public distribution

• Violation may lead to legal action under copyright laws.

8. Learn & Earn Policy

• The “Learn & Earn” program provides opportunities based on performance.

• Selection is not guaranteed and depends on skills, discipline, and contribution.

9. Payments & Refunds

• All fees paid are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise by the organization.

• Vedansh Initiative reserves the right to revise pricing or payment terms.

10. Safety & Liability

• Students must follow all safety instructions during sessions or fieldwork.

• The organization is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury

  • Loss of belongings

  • Technical issues beyond control

11. Use of Platform

• Users must not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Use fake identity

  • Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content

• Any violation may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

12. Technical Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

• Service may be affected by internet issues, device limitations, or technical errors.

13. Termination Rights

• Vedansh Initiative reserves the right to suspend or terminate any student/account:

  • For misconduct

  • Rule violations

  • False information

  • Unauthorized content sharing

14. Legal Jurisdiction

• These rules are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
